Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Damaged or Leaking Packages

- Photos of the packaging and shipping label

Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
