Because our products are consumable pet care and personal care items, including shampoos, conditioners, waterless shampoos, detanglers, oral care, ear care, grooming sprays, stain and odor removers, and other liquid or hygiene-related products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for health and safety reasons.

All sales are final once an order has been processed.

Returns

We do not accept returns on consumable, liquid, grooming, hygiene, or pet care products. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Shampoo
- Conditioner
- Waterless shampoo
- Detangler
- Oral care products
- Ear care products
- Grooming sprays
- Stain and odor removers
- Cleaning liquids
- Any opened or unopened liquid, consumable, or hygiene-related product

For the safety of our customers, pets, and team, these products cannot be returned, restocked, or resold.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any damage or leakage

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where BestDogShampoo.com determines that an item was damaged, defective, missing, or incorrectly shipped.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Issues

BestDogShampoo.com is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect shipping addresses, failed delivery attempts, or packages marked delivered by the carrier.

If your package is lost or delayed in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist where possible, but replacement or refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Items

- Grooming and hygiene products
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Gift cards
- Shipping fees
- Route/package protection fees, if applicable
